Order Dispatch
All orders placed before 9 AM on Wednesday will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 9 AM on Wednesday will be shipped the following week. To ensure the freshest delivery, all our products are vacuum packed and placed in insulated boxes with chilled ice packs.

Packaging & Freshness
Our insulated boxes are designed to keep your products fresh for up to 3 days, ensuring maximum quality upon arrival.

Delivery Process
We use UPS for all deliveries, and it’s essential to provide a valid postal code and email address when placing your order. Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address, but please note that updates can be slow.

For successful delivery, please make sure there is a safe location for the courier to drop your package, or clear access to your door. UPS typically delivers on Thursdays or Fridays, and packages are often left outside the door or at the gate without notice. Be sure to check outside on the day of delivery.
