Our BBQ glaze that we use on our wings and drumsticks.
It comes as a dry rub and turns to a sauce after a few hours.
Goes perfect with nearly every meat.
application rate is 40-50 grams per KG of meat.
Place the meat in a big bag, add in the correct amount of rub, Put as much air in the bag as possible and pinch the top. Then just shake the contents of the bag until everything is covered. Mixing in a large bowl works perfect also.
